💡 In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” we provide the customer with a fiscal document confirming the purchase of the goods.

Delivery

We deliver orders throughout Ukraine with the help of trusted logistics partners:

  • Nova Poshta – delivery to a branch or by courier to the specified address.

  • Delivery – delivery to a branch.

  • Self-pickup (by prior arrangement).

Delivery time

Across Ukraine: 1–3 working days (depending on the chosen delivery service).

The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier’s tariffs.

Delivery conditions

  • For orders delivery may be free of charge (this promotion is available periodically, please check with the manager).

  • Upon receiving the order, the customer must check the integrity of the packaging and the goods in the presence of the carrier’s representative. In case of damage, an act must be drawn up and we must be notified.
