Exchange and Return
We operate in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and guarantee our clients the right to exchange and return goods.
1. Return and exchange of goods of proper quality
According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” the buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that:
the product has not been used;
its appearance, consumer properties, packaging, labels, and seals are preserved;
there is a document confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice, etc.).
In this case, the buyer pays for delivery costs.
2. Return of goods of inadequate quality
According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” in case of purchasing goods with defects, the consumer has the right to:
request a replacement of the product with an identical one;
choose another product with an appropriate recalculation of the price;
demand free elimination of defects;
refuse the product and receive a refund.
In such cases, all delivery and shipping costs are covered by the seller.
3. Return procedure
Contact our manager by phone or e-mail.
Send the product along with a document confirming the purchase.
After checking the condition of the product, we will exchange it or refund the money within 7 working days.
4. Goods that are not subject to return
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, there is a list of goods that cannot be returned or exchanged (for example, underwear, cosmetics, perfumes, food products, etc.). Please take these restrictions into account.
